Hi, I'm Alona — the photographer and FAA-certified drone pilot behind Pacific Haus Media.

Trained under one of Seattle's top real estate photographers, I built this studio around one promise: one visit, edited overnight, in your inbox by noon the next business day. Every time.

Drone photos aren't an add-on — they're standard. Every frame gets the same treatment: HDR-blended, verticals straightened, whites white, sized to spec for the NWMLS.

Questions, answered.

01When will I get my photos?+

By noon the next business day, every package. Premier's video walkthrough takes 3–5 business days. Same-day rush is available for $100 when an editor slot is confirmed.

02How do I book?+

Online, any day of the week including weekends. Pick a package, a date and a time on the booking page, and add the property address and approximate square footage in the notes box. You'll get a confirmation within the hour and your seller receives the prep guide.

03What is included in every package?+

MLS-ready HDR interior and exterior photos, drone photos (3–5 with Essentials, 5 with every other package), and a branded and unbranded listing website.

04Which package should I choose?+

By home size and by what the listing needs. Signature 3D is the most booked: it adds a Matterport 3D tour and a virtual twilight to the Essentials set.

05Is drone photography really included?+

Yes. Essentials includes 3–5 aerial photos; every other package includes 5. I am FAA Part 107 certified, LAANC-authorized for Seattle airspace, and carry drone liability insurance.

06What if the address is in a no-fly zone?+

Airspace is checked at booking. A no-fly address is booked with a virtual twilight in place of the drone photos, or at the photos-only price.

07What happens if it rains?+

Interiors are photographed as scheduled. If rain, wind or low cloud stops the exteriors or the drone, I come back on the next dry day at no charge (mileage only beyond 20 miles).

08How should the seller prepare the home?+

Your confirmation includes a one-page seller prep guide: lights on, blinds open, counters cleared, cars out of the driveway, pets and bins out of frame. Ten minutes of prep is worth more than any edit.

09How many photos will I receive?+

Enough to cover every room and the exterior at a professional standard, sized for the NWMLS. Extra edited photos are $45 per five.

10Do you offer floor plans, video and 3D tours?+

Yes. 2D floor plans, vertical reels, 60–90 second video walkthroughs, and Matterport 3D tours are included in the larger packages or available as add-ons on any package.

11Where do you work?+

Seattle, the Eastside, and the surrounding areas. Travel is free within 20 miles; $1.50 per mile beyond.

12How do I pay?+

An invoice arrives with your delivery link. Pay by card through the secure Square link, or by Zelle or Venmo with no fee. Team and brokerage accounts with monthly invoicing can be set up on request.

13Can I reschedule or cancel?+

Free with 24 hours' notice. Inside 24 hours, or if I can't access the home, a $100 fee applies.

14Who owns the photos and how can I use them?+

You receive a license to use the photos to market the listing and yourself, on the MLS, your site and social. The full terms are on the Photo License Terms page.

Policies

How booking, scheduling, weather, payment and delivery work at Pacific Haus Media. These policies are part of every booking.

Booking and confirmation

Bookings are made online through the booking page, any day of the week. You receive a confirmation within the hour, and the seller receives the prep guide. A booking is confirmed once the confirmation email is sent.

Rescheduling and cancellation

Rescheduling or cancelling with at least 24 hours' notice is free. Inside 24 hours, or if the photographer cannot access the property at the scheduled time, a $100 fee applies. Same-day rush ($100) is available when an editor slot can be confirmed.

Weather and no-fly addresses

Interiors are photographed as scheduled. If rain, wind or low cloud stops the exteriors or the drone, we return on the next dry day at no charge (mileage only beyond 20 miles). Airspace is checked at booking. A no-fly address is booked with a virtual twilight in place of the drone photos, or at the photos-only price.

Property preparation

The home should be photo-ready at the scheduled time: lights on, blinds open, surfaces cleared, vehicles out of the driveway, pets and bins out of frame. The photographer does not move furniture or clean. Time spent waiting for the home to be readied counts toward the shoot.

Delivery

Photos, drone photos, floor plans and reels are delivered by noon the next business day through your delivery link, sized for the NWMLS. Video walkthroughs take 3–5 business days. Files remain available for download for 12 months through the delivery page.

Payment

An invoice is sent with the delivery link and is due on receipt. Pay by card through the secure Square invoice link, or by Zelle or Venmo. Team and brokerage accounts with monthly invoicing can be arranged on request. Prices are those published on the Pricing page on the date of booking; the final amount reflects the home\'s square footage and any add-ons.

Travel

Travel is free within 20 miles of Seattle; $1.50 per mile applies beyond that.

Photo License Terms

What you may do with the photos, video and other media Pacific Haus Media delivers, and what stays with the studio.

Ownership

Pacific Haus Media retains copyright in all photographs, video, floor plans, 3D tours and other media it creates. Delivery of files does not transfer copyright.

Your license

On payment, the booking agent receives a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the delivered media to market the specific listing and the agent's own services: on the MLS, listing portals, the agent's and brokerage's websites, printed marketing, and social media. The license is perpetual for these purposes.

What the license does not cover

The media may not be sold, sublicensed or given to third parties (including other agents, builders, stagers, architects or product brands) for their own marketing without written permission. Once a listing changes hands, a new agent marketing the same property needs a new license. Removing watermarks, credits or metadata, or presenting the work as another photographer's, is not permitted.

Portfolio use

Pacific Haus Media may use the delivered media in its own portfolio, website and social channels. Founding Agents bookings include this permission as a condition of the offer. Agents can request that a specific property be excluded.

Virtual staging and edits

Virtually staged or altered images are labelled as such and must remain labelled when published. Removing the disclosure is the agent's responsibility and liability.

Privacy Policy

What information Pacific Haus Media collects through this website and the booking process, and how it is used.

What we collect

When you book or contact us, we collect your name, email, phone number, brokerage, and the property address to be photographed. Payments are processed by Square; we do not see or store card numbers. This website itself does not use tracking cookies beyond what is needed to function.

How we use it

To schedule and deliver your shoot, to send confirmations and the seller prep guide, to invoice you, and to answer your questions. We do not sell or rent personal information.

Who else sees it

Square (booking and invoicing) and Aryeo (media delivery) process your booking and delivery details under their own privacy policies. Property addresses are shared with airspace-authorization services when a drone flight is planned.

Your choices

You may ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold by writing to hello@pacifichausmedia.com. We keep booking records for as long as needed for tax and accounting purposes.

Changes

This policy may be updated from time to time; the effective date above will change when it is.

Prices shown are current as of the effective date and may change. A booking is confirmed at the price shown on the booking page at the time of booking. Availability shown on the booking page is updated in real time but is not guaranteed until confirmed.

Services

Photography services are governed by the Policies and Photo License Terms pages, which are part of every booking.

Liability

The site is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, Pacific Haus Media is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the site. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under Washington law.

Governing law
